Better disease prevention, early diagnosis, personalised medicine and patient centered care demand solutions that go beyond the boundaries of traditional sectors like biotech, nanotech and IT. In addition we see that actors in the health management space become more diversified and need to adapt to these developments. Creating new collaborative models, adapting the legal and regulatory framework, and further improving the healthcare system and its economics will be key in this process.
