34th International Conference on Antiviral Research (by ISAR)

The 34th International Conference on Antiviral Research (ICAR) will be held as a virtual meeting on March 22-26, 2021.  This meeting will include invited presentations covering some of the most exciting advances in antivirals and vaccine research in the past year.  Including live posters sessions, a special event focused on women in science, and a career development event.  There will be opportunities for speed networking and options to set up 1:1 meetings with other conference attendees.  All in all, the conference will maintain the ability to see top-notch scientific talks and interact with the antiviral community.

At ICAR, scientists working throughout the world in the areas of basic, applied, and clinical research meet in a collaborative and collegial atmosphere to review recent developments in all areas of antiviral drug discovery and development. Most importantly, ICAR will provide a variety of networking opportunities to allow members to reconnect with old friends and colleagues and establish new scientific relationships with leaders in the antiviral field.

One benefit to the virtual nature of the conference is that it is much more accessible given no need to travel.  The registration fees are low to encourage as many scientists, including students and postdocs, to attend.  The registration rate for these younger scientists is $75 prior to Feb 28, and $100 after.
