On June 18th & 25th 2020 Flanders Vaccine is happy to organize its first webinar series to share some scientific information on the special road to a vaccine or treatment to control the COVID-19 pandemic.
This series is split in two parts:

Leading scientist, all Flanders Vaccine members, will show you the latest results of their groundbreaking research to respond to this crisis.
Among them are Prof. Bart Lambrecht, Prof. Xavier Saelens, Dr. Jamila Louahed and many more renowned experts.
Scientists around the world are working hard on potential treatments and vaccines for the new coronavirus disease. Some companies or research groups are working on antiviral drugs, some of which are already in use against other diseases, to treat COVID-19 patients. Other scientist are working on the development of a vaccine to use as a preventive measure to protect against the disease.
The contribution of our Belgian experts in the race for a vaccine or treatment to fight COVID-19 will be addressed in the second webinar, on Thursday 25 June from 17:00-19:00 CEST.
